Congressman Troy E. Nehls, representing Texas’ 22nd district in the U.S. Congress, shared several statements on his official social media platform regarding his political stances and initiatives.

On April 1, 2025, Nehls expressed his support for a resolution put forward by Representative Lauren Boebert. In his tweet, he stated, “Proud to support @RepBoebert’s resolution. The acts of domestic terrorism targeting @Tesla by the radical left are unacceptable. How many Democrats will vote against this resolution?”

Later the same day, Nehls announced his co-sponsorship of a legislative effort aimed at advocating for truckers’ rights. In his tweet on April 1, 2025, he noted, “Our nation’s truckers keep our country moving and should have access to bathroom facilities when they’re on the road. I joined @RepHoulahan in reintroducing the Trucker Bathroom Access Act. Truck drivers should have access to the restroom at work. It’s common sense.”

On April 2, 2025, Congressman Nehls extended greetings in celebration of a national holiday. In his tweet, he simply stated, “Happy Liberation Day!.”
