The buyers were Ignacio Gonzales, David, Guadalupe, Paul, Robert, Norma and Selena Luna, Linda Gonzalez, Lionel Luna Jr., Diane Villarreal, Ana Kruse and Alberto and Vanessa Cardenas.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $1,521.67, which is 2.48% of the appraised value of the home.
