Rising home valuations in Pin Oak Village in May

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Pin Oak Village rose by $124,408 while total valuation remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $376,320 - a 49.4 percent increase over the $251,912 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pin Oak Village in May 2021, as well.
