Q2: Home valuations in Mission Bend (Harris County) increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Mission Bend in Harris County rose by $29,636 while total valuation decreased by 25.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 38 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $191,445 - an 18.3 percent increase over the $161,809 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Mission Bend in the second quarter of 2021.
