Mission Bend (Harris County) home valuations rose in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Mission Bend in Harris County rose by $24,256 while total valuation increased by 21.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 79 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $185,950 - a 15 percent increase over the $161,694 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Mission Bend in the first half of 2021.
