How did home valuations perform in Beechnut Crossing during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Beechnut Crossing rose by $17,701 while total valuation decreased by 62.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,878 - an 11.4 percent increase over the $155,177 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Beechnut Crossing in the first half of 2021.
