Missouri City (Harris County) median home valuations rose by 47.5% in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Missouri City in Harris County rose by $55,327 while total valuation increased by 146.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 37 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $171,691 - a 47.5 percent increase over the $116,364 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Missouri City in the first half of 2021.
