Mission Bend (Fort Bend County) median home valuations rose by 2.1% in Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Mission Bend in Fort Bend County rose by $3,410 while total valuation decreased by 17 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 39 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $169,390 - a 2.1 percent increase over the $165,980 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Mission Bend in the third quarter of 2021.
