Guy home valuations fell in Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Guy fell by $191,796 while total valuation increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $54,512 - a 77.9 percent decrease from the $246,308 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Guy in the third quarter of 2021.
