Valuation for the median home in Town West decreased during Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Town West fell by $63,810 while total valuation increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $110,640 - a 36.6 percent decrease from the $174,450 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Town West in the third quarter of 2021.
