City of Bellaire issued the following announcement.
The City of Bellaire is delivering trash bags this month to residents on the weekend of December 5 and 6.
Additional bags may be purchased for $5.95 per roll at Bellaire City Hall in the Customer Service lobby located at 7008 South Rice Avenue.
