Congressman Troy E. Nehls, representing Texas' 22nd District, recently shared a series of tweets expressing his views on various topics. Nehls, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2021, voiced his opinions on political achievements and government spending.

On February 2, 2025, Congressman Nehls posted a tweet celebrating what he considers ongoing successes: "Great news. Still not tired of winning."

The following day, on February 3, 2025, Nehls referenced former President Donald Trump's book with a comment on diplomatic problem-solving: "The Art of the Deal is back. This is how world leaders solve problems."

Later that day, Nehls criticized the use of taxpayer dollars by USAID for specific projects abroad. He tweeted: "This is what USAID spent your hard-earned tax dollars on: $1.5M to advance DEI in Serbia’s workplaces $70K for production of a DEI musical in Ireland $47K for a transgender opera in Columbia $32K for a transgender comic book in Peru Outrageous."
